A Nice Stay in a Serene Jungle Escape

The peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. Make sure to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The fresh local dishes were a highlight! Just be prepared for cooler pool water.

I got complimentary tent with its jungle bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was marvellous and unique, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was wet.

It was a fabulous stay for 3 more nights. The personnel was welcoming and superfriendly. The room was very pretty and spacious, it had a shower and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was short walk to nice bars, shops and restaurants and a cute beautiful beach, and nearby restaurants and shops. Everything was simply fine😀🙂

The Jungle Room offers a immersive experience with its rustic charm and direct access to lush greenery. The tents provide a unique opportunity to sleep under the stars while still enjoying the comfort of a bed in the wild surroundings.

A few design quirks might irritate some-like the absence of doors between the bathroom and the sleeping area, which could disrupt privacy. Some tents show signs of age, and the lack of windows might not suit everyone's taste. Lastly, be prepared for the natural environment. Small mammals moving around at night can add an unexpected twist to the experience.

Staying in the Jungle Room was a dream 🌿 The serene atmosphere and friendly staff. The only downside was some noise from the reception area. Can't wait to come back!

Staying at Serena Tulum was a good experience. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the lush surroundings. I appreciated the charming breakfast and the staff's effort to ensure a pleasant stay, despite some noise issues at times.

The tent was pretty spacious, lots of room to move around. The jungle bathroom vibe was a cool touch too. I did notice a slight sewage smell from the toilet, which wasn't great, and breakfast was a bit on the smaller side for my appetite. It felt cozy and unique, just needed a bit of upkeep.

The serene jungle setting was a good escape, with beautiful landscaping. Accessibility was easy, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful walk and lovely breakfast on the patio every morning.

Regular cleaning of rooms would be appreciated.

I had a lovely morning yoga class . The environment felt peaceful and really enhanced the experience. I enjoyed walking around the hotel and was like I was in a nature retreat, close to the jungle. It reminded me of the serene landscapes of my hometown.

I noticed a slight sewagey smell from the toilet in my glamping tent. The breakfast was a bit small for my appetite.

Our stay was highlighted by stunning jungle views and the good yoga session offered by the staff, which enhanced our experience.

This stay totally exceeded my expectations! The serene jungle vibe and amazing grounds was like a private oasis. The breakfast was charming, with local fresh ingredients, made mornings good.
